Sponsorship Update

Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to sponsor an Ivey Lane student for the holidays! We are very close to reaching 100% sponsorship—only about 20 students still need a sponsor. If you’re considering participating, please review the information below and use the “Sponsor a Christmas Angel” button to sign up. The form will remain open until all students have been matched.

If you have already signed up for this year’s gift drive, you will receive your Christmas Angel’s information and full gifting instructions over Thanksgiving Break. Please keep an eye out for an email sent to the address you provided in the Google Form!

Dear Lake Highland Families,

Will you help make a difference in a child’s life this holiday season? With Christmas approaching, our neighbors need your support.

For several years, Lower School families have embraced the tradition of sponsoring children in our community. We are pleased to once again host the Christmas Angel Gift Drive for the students of our partner school, Ivey Lane Elementary, and would like to extend the opportunity to our Upper School families to participate. 

Ivey Lane Elementary is a pre-K through fifth-grade school with significant needs. Throughout the year, LHP students and families support the school through programs such as reading and math tutoring, Halloween costume collections, Thanksgiving meals, and more.

This holiday season, Lake Highland families have the opportunity to sponsor an Ivey Lane student by providing a thoughtful gift of clothing and books. Each sponsor will receive a specific list with the child’s name, sizes, and needed items.

If your family would like to participate, please click the “Sponsor a Christmas Angel” button below. To ensure we can match sponsors with students and allow ample time for shopping, please submit the sponsorship form by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20.

At the beginning of Thanksgiving break, you will receive your Christmas Angel’s information and full gifting instructions. Please keep gifts limited to the requested items so that each child receives a similar package. Gifts may be dropped off in the Lower School Office between Monday, December 1, and Friday, December 5.
